A: We need 1 hour - 1.5 hrs depending on the venue and access. We can handle all the logistics allowing you to relax.
Q: What is included in the rental?
A: Our rental includes the golf simulator, software, clubs (if needed), balls, projector, and indoor/outdoor display setup. A staff member will be on-site to operate the simulator and provide any needed assistance to customize your experience.
Q: Do you offer event packages/memberships?
A: Yes, we can customize your unique rental experience. From corporate events, weddings, and even hourly rental.
Q: When should I book the rental?
A: If you have a specific date, please book as early as possible, especially during peak season. For flexibility in time or day, we can accommodate quickly and short notice.
Q: What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
A: Life happens and plans can unexpectedly change. We will work with you the best we can. Cancellations within 72 hours will receive a full deposit refund. Within 24 hours, please reach out. We are happy to reschedule your event with 72 hours notice.
